The room was well heated and extremely spacious. The hotel was fairly clean. The central location of this city property was a bonus. The restaurant at the hotel was good.

Did not like that we were stuck in a smoking room. The room itself was okay, but the hallway was unbearable.

No ice machine on site. Front desk clerk told me to fill ice cube trays in the in-room frig!

The hotel has a great location, with Victory Baptist Church just a short walk away, and the rooms are new and come with kitchens.

I liked the price, especially considering it was a holiday weekend.

I would have liked to see more for the breakfast. The website doesn't stipulate "grab and go breakfast". I didn't like the dirt on the bathroom sink and some green yuckiness in the sink. The air conditioner was leaking, and I'm glad I brought my own iron because the iron that was there was dirty and sticky. Only one window went up and you have to go to the clerk for the dishes.

Convenience of having rooms with a kitchen to cook your own meals 🍳. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Great location close to Mill at Anselma historic site!

The Staff

Cater to more than construction workers, I did not see any non-laborers or families during my visit. Empty the trash room daily so it is not constantly overflowing and smellly. The room accommodations leave a lot to desire in terms of bedding available, furniture, and Cable Service. It is a pity to call the granola, muffin and coffer bar "free breakfast" especially since they take it away around 10 AM. Several times I had to go the front desk to ask for things not included in the kitchen package, like FORKS! The front desk lady went to the dollar store and gave us about 10 plastic forks, the next day. No extra blanket included in the room. And kitchen supplies were very, very limited, like no coffee pot, no herbal teas available, and toaster and extra towels. Everything had to be requested and ofterntime the request could not be fulfilled.

Very disappointed. Room, sheets and furniture were saturated with smoke. I got us up and out very early. Couldn't stand it. Requested room on high floor, was placed on ground floor. Never going to one of these places again

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The laundry room was a convenient facility, although you need to bring your own detergent. The beds, while small, were surprisingly comfortable.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when I encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed that the carpet was sticky and wet, which was a bit off-putting.

Only thing I liked was the price

The toilet had not been cleaned, neither had the counters or bed. The toilet seat was visibly dirty, urine on the seat, and the sheets and pillowcases were also visibly dirty. When I opened the fridge I got stuff all over my fingers from the grime on the handle. Not a good experience and will not return. Pay the extra money for another hotel.

I was very disappointed. The rm didn't get cold. The one screen we had of the two Windows was full of holes, the other one had no screen. The cleanliness??? It was a half job. For the price I paid for the few hrs we were there and the condition, well, we won't be coming again. I was really disappointed.
